Meet Candice Bennett
Candice Bennett
Candice Bennett, MHA, is a healthcare operations and medical credentialing executive with more than a decade of experience leading enterprise provider credentialing, provider enrollment, medical staff services, compliance, and operational transformation across staffing, hospital, locum tenens, and behavioral health organizations. She specializes in helping healthcare organizations accelerate provider readiness, reduce compliance risk, improve credentialing workflows, and protect revenue connected to onboarding and payer enrollment.
Throughout her career, Candice has built and scaled credentialing operations for high-growth healthcare organizations, led domestic and offshore teams, implemented credentialing technology and workflow automation, developed KPI reporting structures, and supported executive leadership through periods of growth, acquisition, and operational change. Her expertise includes Joint Commission and NCQA compliance, provider risk management, medical staff governance, payer relations, credentialing audits, SOP development, and process optimization.
Candice founded her credentialing practice to provide healthcare organizations with executive-level credentialing strategy and hands-on operational support. Her company offers end-to-end credentialing, provider enrollment, compliance audits, medical staff services support, workflow optimization, and scalable provider lifecycle solutions designed to help organizations get providers credentialed, enrolled, compliant, and revenue-ready faster.
Candice holds a Master of Arts in Health Care Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Health Administration from Florida Atlantic University and is certified as a Six Sigma Green Belt in Healthcare Operations.
